Lauren’s Approach

I’m here to support you with relationship challenges, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, post-partum and perinatal mental health, parenting, self-esteem, sleep and insomnia, emotional regulation, needs identification and boundaries, communication, anxiety and depression.
While I work with adults of all ages, I’ve found a special connection with middle-aged women and seniors. There’s something powerful about navigating life’s later chapters together, rediscovering purpose and joy.
